Huehuetenango Espresso • Guatemala
From small farms in Guatemala. Huehuetenango is a remote region with tall mountains, making it difficult to access. Fortunately there is an abudance of rivers and streams, so most small producers process their own coffee on the farm using small hand pulpers and raised drying beds that are stacked to conserve space.
The high altitudes and mixture of cold and warm air meeting, creates ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and fruity coffee.
We've selected this coffee because we think it makes a balanced and fruity espresso.
